How do I shop online?
Its easy to buy products on our website. Click add to cart button next to the item you wish to buy. This item is added to your shopping cart, where you can then shop for more items or proceed to checkout.

How do I pay for goods online?
In the checkout pages enter details as requested. Select which form of payment you require. You will then on completion of payment details, receive a completed message on screen and confirmation of your order by e-mail.

How can I find a product on the site?
Its easy to find a product on our website. There are two ways to search
1. Quick Search - Just type in what you are looking for in the search box on the top bar e.g. Pioneer CD Players
2. Advanced Search - Click on the Advanced Search link in the top bar. On the search page you can select price ranges if required

 

Payments and security

What type of debit/credit cards do you accept?
Payments by Mastercard, Visa, Switch/Maestro, Solo, Delta and Electron are accepted and payments are secured using 128 bit encryption technology by Paypal. PayPal payments are also accepted and secure transaction services are provided by PayPal

If I make a payment on the site is it secure?
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted by Paypal for payment. We do not recieve your card details. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Paypal processing is also 128 bit encryption secure.

Do you accept cheques of bank transfers?
Bankers drafts and building society drafts are acceptable as well as postal orders. These will be cleared immediately. You may also transfer funds (or pay by cash) directly into our bank account, in which case goods will be shipped as soon as funds have cleared.

Do the prices on the site include VAT?
All prices shown on this website include VAT at 20%.

 

Delivery Information

How much will delivery cost?
All delivery charges are calculated at checkout stage.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to any postal address within the United Kingdom. We do not currently accept orders outside the United Kingdom.

When will my order arrive?
Acceptable orders which have been placed and cleared* by 4pm weekdays will be shipped that day for expected delivery in Mainland UK during the next working day, (barring systems failure etc). If an order has not cleared in time, Pro Technical will contact the customer to inform them of any delay.

*Pro Technical deems that orders cleared is that funds for purchase have been obtained and cleared for goods. Also that the goods are in stock. Please allow 4 working days for delivery.

 

Product Warranty

What warranty do I get on a product?
All products are covered by manufacturer's warranty. This is a minimum of 12 months, some products may carry a longer warranty period. This will be stated within the item description on the website. We guarantee your satisfaction. We aim to provide the best products and brands names at the lowest prices.

What if my product is not working properly?
Please contact us immediately if your product is not working correctly. 'Dead on arrival' : Goods found to be faulty from new can be returned for replacement or refund. The customer must notify Pro Technical as soon as possible. The faulty goods will then be collected (within the UK only) by Pro Technical courier.

How long will it take to get a replacement of repair?
We pride ourselves on our after sales support. We will provide a fast turnaround on any faulty product or replace the item within a few days.

 

Returns Information

How do I send an item back to you?
Please contact us for a returns (RA) Number if you are returning an item to us. This will ensure a prompt service. Packages without an RA number may be delayed during processing.
