The brief

Pro Technical delivered an AV installation for Box Piccadilly on behalf of Arc Inspirations. The published project scope records the installation of sound, lighting and video equipment to serve multiple operating modes: daytime hospitality, multi‑screen live sport and late‑night live performance. The venue capacity recorded for Box Piccadilly is 800. The project was completed in October 2025.

Operational requirements — from daytime hospitality to live performance

Box Piccadilly required a single integrated AV fit-out able to support background music and announcements for daytime trading, simultaneous multi‑screen distribution of live sport and higher‑level reproduction for late‑night live performance. The project required provision of a full AV installation to meet these three operating profiles.

The challenge

Installing a bespoke AV system in tight construction schedule in Central London has its challenges. But this was achieved with careful planning and logistics to enable a path to completion.
